      Un projet d\u2019int\u00e9gration MES est avant tout un projet business. Il vise \u00e0 rendre les processus de fabrication des m\u00e9dicaments plus fluides, plus fiables et plus efficaces, notamment en int\u00e9grant de nouveaux outils digitaux. L\u2019objectif final est d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la productivit\u00e9 sur le terrain.\n\nEn tant que chef de projet MES, mon r\u00f4le consiste \u00e0 superviser et coordonner les \u00e9quipes tout en tenant compte de la dimension technologique du projet. J\u2019assure l\u2019alignement de l\u2019ensemble des parties prenantes autour d\u2019un m\u00eame objectif.       My role is to create standard blocks in accordance with given specifications.\n\nFor example, a customer wants to standardize its entire production across all its sites. To do this, technical specifications are provided. They contain the information necessary to carry out this project. Each block contains a production step. The blocks I create are reused to facilitate the configuration of several parts of production. Once the design of all the steps in the block has been completed, I create production recipes using what has been done previously.<\/div>\r\n

      My role is to contribute my experience to the projects I am involved in.\n\nFor example, a client's objective is to implement an MES throughout the production area of a new building. The goal is to automate the interfacing. To do this, I provide guidance on the technical aspects of the software. I then assess the validation, configuration, and design stages. Next, I present my expertise to the client. In the event of an audit, I must be able to justify each step.<\/div>\r\n

      I started with a three-month internship during my first year of master's studies. This internship allowed me to discover MES, partly through training exercises. I then continued with a one-year work-study program during my second year of master's studies. During this work-study program, I was able to continue my training in MES, develop my skills, and join a project in the pharmaceutical industry. Then, I was hired on a permanent contract at Pyxis, so I was able to continue the project I had been involved in during my work-study program. The internship\/work-study program allows you to build a network in a specific field and to already be integrated into the company, which greatly facilitates the establishment of a permanent contract afterwards.<\/div>\r\n
